You have good mechanical skills and have proven work experience as a maintenance technician or similar jobs. You are flexible with your time, and can make yourself available to work when needed, including some weekends and evenings. Primary Responsibilities
· Repair and maintain building systems and facility equipment.
· Troubleshoot, install and modernize various existing systems.
· Perform a variety of general maintenance activities such as carpentry, electrical, painting etc.
· Carry out system checks as required.

Experience/Requirements
