The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for establishing exceptional customers relationships and capturing customer sales (in-person and over the phone). Additional duties include - gathering prospect information needed to obtain the sale, providing general administrative support and maintaining the customer reception area / front office.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets all walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and directs all phone traffic in a polite, courteous and cheerful manner.
Asks for the sale and/or attempts to schedule customers for an estimate to achieve a closing ratio of 75% (minimum).
Explain CARSTAR's repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and expected delivery date of repair.
Educate customers on CARSTAR's CSI/NPS survey (kept informed, customer service, quality of repair and on-time delivery).
Schedule and record appraisal and delivery appointments.
Update and maintain the store scheduler with Office Manager.
Collect and record payment for completed repairs; may perform some A/R.
File repair order paperwork accurately or record in CARSTAR management system.
Provide customers with CARSTAR's warranty information (5-Year and Limited Lifetime).
Perform follow-up sales calls on estimate quotes (unsold) within 48 hours.
Maintain the front office and customer reception areas.
Attend daily release meetings.
Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of customer service experience required, preferably in a retail setting.
HS diploma or GED equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Excellent customer service, communication and negotiation skills. Able to relate well to a diverse customer base.
Call center sales experience (or equivalent sales experience) preferred.
Highly organized; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS/management systems.
Strong attention to details.
Punctual and professional appearance.
Ability to receive direction and work well with others.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking to add a **Principal or Senior Principal Network and Communications Field Service Engineer** to our team at **RAAF Base Edinburgh** near **Adelaide, Australia** .
This position will receive daily tasking and prioritization from their site lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for operations and maintenance support of the MQ-4C Triton network and communications systems at a Forward Operating Base (FOB).
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Provide real time support for flight operations and maintenance, addressing any issues related to communications and networking to include fault isolation, remediation, and resolution.
+ Perform field integration, troubleshooting, and repair of communications and data link systems in military flight test environment, including operations on a flightline, in a hangar, and in command-and-control centers.
+ Adherence to checklists and procedures to ensure repeated success and providing redlines to procedures when necessary.
+ Communicate complex technical issues to local support, the Degrader Action Cell (DAC), Main Operation Bases (MOBs), and Responsible Engineers (REs).
+ Support and lead air crew engagement for proper techniques in solving complex analysis of technical problems that arise during operations.
+ Assist with trend analysis as needed for Responsible Engineers (REs).
+ Perform/support review and analysis of supplier design data and definition of functional test requirements including acceptance, qualification, and system integration.
+ Take responsibility for the testing, maintenance, and integration of Comms and Networks equipment to include radio terminals, software loads, switches, routers, and firewalls required to support ground and flight test operations.
+ Work with system admins, maintainers, and onsite personnel to troubleshoot and repair any internal operational issues.
** The selected candidate will be put on a temporary Domestic Assignment and will report to our San Diego, CA site daily prior to international deployment while clearance(s), Visa(s), and other documents are processing. The employee will go through training in San Diego during this period. **
**The expected timeline before deployment is 3-4 months but this will vary.**
Initially, this position will work a 9/80 shift. **As the program matures, the shifts may become 12-hour shifts that could include nights, weekends, and/or holidays.**
The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, on-site in Australia. This position requires the ability to **travel up to 50%** of the time once in final location.

Community Initiatives Manager - Suicide Prevention Resource Center

The national Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC) Community Initiatives (CI) team provides expertise, guidance, resources, and high-level support for those who work with communities, coalitions, and other partners engaged in community-level suicide prevention efforts.
The Community Initiatives Manager will support the operations of the CI team by conducting outreach to community leaders, experts in the field, and other community-serving organizations. The CI Manager will work under the guidance of the Director of Community Initiatives to organize and contribute to public-facing resources for community suicide prevention efforts, as well as internal work plans, reports, and program evaluation efforts. Candidates for this position should possess experience and expertise in coalition-building, project management, and collaboration. This position may be located remotely or in the Norman, Oklahoma office.

We recognize that those with lived experience have profound insight into how suicide affects lives and impacts wellbeing. We acknowledge the complex expertise that comes from these experiences and create safe spaces where this knowledge can drive our work.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Manages the work of the CI team to design, implement, and evaluate resource projects, needs assessments, website development and revisions, to achieve goals in alignment with SPRC and the CI.
* Coordinates outreach to community organizations and coalitions to support needs assessment and resource development.
* Serves as interface for regular collaboration between Community Initiatives and other SPRC initiative teams and partners
* Increase visibility of SPRC Community Initiatives resources by presenting at conferences and meetings
* Assists in developing informative workshops, training, and presentations and helps plan, manage, and provide input and content for public-facing resources (e.g., websites, guides, reports, briefs).
* Develops and administers monitoring for the work of CI contractors and consultants, such as subject matter experts and event organizers. This includes identifying appropriate deliverables, drafting scopes of work, tracking progress, directing work, and working closely with financial staff to monitor invoicing.
* Designs and develops instructional materials in coordination with the SPRC Communications Team
* Work to ensure that the voices and perspectives of people groups at highest risk for suicide are included in the design, implementation, evaluation, and ongoing improvements of CI. This will primarily be done through collaboration with SPRC advisory councils and contributing partners.
* Collects data on training and technical assistance activities to support SPRC evaluation processes and prepares reports as needed to support process and systems improvements.
* Assists with and monitors technical assistance for leaders of communities and coalitions who are working to prevent suicide.
* Maintains a working knowledge of current suicide prevention research, updates, innovations, and advancements, including upstream suicide prevention developments in reducing risk and promoting protective factors.
* Performs various other duties as necessary to successfully fulfill the function of the position.
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in related field, AND:
* 18 months of community outreach-related experience.
Skills:
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills
* Highly organized and detail oriented.
* Strong and effective presentation skills and leadership skills.
* Ability to work independently and as a team member in synchronous and asynchronous environments.
* Working knowledge of community suicide prevention efforts and experience across the continuum of prevention.
* Highly skilled in project management and developing training and technical assistance services.
* Project management skills and familiarity with associated software and applications.
* Proven collaboration experience and skills.
* Direct experience with a variety of online conferencing software and platforms.
* Ability to learn new software, learning management systems, and other technology to facilitate the development of resources.
Departmental Preferences:
* Master's degree in related field
* 30 months experience in leading prevention, mental health, public health, and/or coalition-building projects with communities
