I am a lifelong learner and teacher. I have reinforced my growth by making career changes requiring new skills and perspectives. This includes taking roles in R&D, sales, IT management, early startups and challenging leadership positions at troubled companies and organizations. The learnings from these deliberate moves have benefitted all the companies I have been associated with since.

I am a change agent and I lead through teaching. I have designed and taught classes all over the world in software development methods, product development processes and management/leadership in every organization I have been a part of. I use teaching to establish a common baseline in each of the organizations I have led.

As Lexipol’s Chief Revenue Officer, Nick Bruckner is responsible for sales, strategic partnerships, and marketing, with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition.

Nick has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales leadership. Previously, he led Lexipol’s media sales and customer success teams. Prior to his roles at Lexipol, Nick was Vice President of Media Revenue for Praetorian Digital for four years until it was acquired by Lexipol in 2019. He brings a deep passion for focusing on the customer while scaling business processes. Nick has held other leadership positions at Hip Digital Media, Indeed.com, CareerBuilder, Fisher Investments, and Michelin.

A graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Political Science.
