The Lexipol cloud-based solutions assist departments by providing them immediate access to constitutionally sound policies, quality training, performance management and wellness solutions that improve operations and ultimately save lives. This is done through working in these areas of focus: Annual Revenue - Achieve / exceed quota targets Achieve State/Territory Revenue to Plan Develop effective and targeted territory growth plans to ensure revenue target delivery. Work actively as both an individual contributor and team player. This work is independent and simultaneously highly collaborative in nature. Daily/weekly activity consistent with expectations set forth by leadership Prospect, qualify, provide continuous value proposition, and close new business with existing and new customers. Present our Wellness, Policies and Learning solutions virtually and in-person to public safety and public entity leadership Consistently follow our communication cadence pattern with prospective agencies Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a rolling pipeline. Keep pipeline current and moving up the curve. Maintain Salesforce CRM system daily by documenting thorough and accurate customer and pipeline information. Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles. Be hard working Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience: Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience required 7+ years experience selling into Senior Leadership (SVP and above) at mid-market and larger accounts, preferably including local government experience. 7+ years experience effectively managing pipeline with 3-12-month sales cycles with high forecasting accuracy 5+ years experience selling complex, multi-solution, enterprise SaaS, leveraging value/solution selling methodologies 5+ years experience managing multi-threaded sales motions, selling into multiple influencers/business users 5+ years leveraging internal resources including SMEs, CS, etc. 5+years experience with strategic territory/account planning Experience delivering executive-level presentations Proven experience at simultaneously project managing large volumes of sales opportunities at various stages of the sales process Preferred Experience: Minimum of five years' experience successfully selling products to law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, correctional, local and state governments. Deep experience with the public safety acquisition/procurement process from a sales perspective, first responder leadership experience perspective, or both. Proven success with long-term sales cycles and large transactions Excellent virtual presentation and telephone sales abilities. Proven ability to rapidly build rapport and gain the confidence of prospects and clients. Public safety centric consultative sales approach. What This Role Will Do The Revenue Operations (Rev Ops) Analyst plays a key role within the Salesforce Support Team, serving as the operational link between GTM leadership and the Salesforce technical organization. This role is central to translating data into decisions and ensuring Salesforce evolves with Lexipol's GTM objectives. This is done through working in these areas of focus: Salesforce Process Optimization (20%) Review and refine Salesforce sales processes, opportunity stages, and automation rules to align with GTM strategy. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or gaps in current workflows and propose practical improvements with the Salesforce Administrators. Document and communicate all changes to ensure clarity and adoption across GTM teams. Continuously assess workflow efficiency to support predictable and scalable revenue operations. Support territory management operations, including territory assignments, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting in the rollout of new territory models or segmentation strategies. Reporting, Analytics & Insights (25%) Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, and KPIs for GTM Sales and Marketing. Provide regular performance insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue trends. Partner with GTM and Salesforce leadership to ensure data supports forecasting accuracy and strategic decisions. Monitor and maintain data quality to ensure leadership confidence in reporting. Deliver reporting and analysis related to commissions, attainment, and quota performance, partnering with Finance and Sales leadership to support transparency and accuracy. Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement (25%) Serve as the Salesforce Support Team's primary liaison to Sales and Marketing leaders. Work closely with the CRO and sales leadership to align operational processes with sales goals. Support enablement efforts by documenting workflows, conducting training, and reinforcing best practices. Foster adoption of Salesforce enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives across GTM teams. Forecasting, Data Integrity, Territory Management & Commissions (30%) Provide consistent reporting and insights to the Senior Director of Internal Software/Salesforce and GTM leadership. Partner with GTM and Salesforce Support teams to address data inconsistencies and enhance reporting logic. Maintain and update sales territory structures within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and headcount changes. Support administration of commission processes, including validating sales data and flagging discrepancies. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will have this experience: 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar data-driven GTM support role.
