As the Procurement Associate, you will be tasked to ensure lowest delivered cost and highest quality through supply chain management techniques and financial analysis.
This position pays $60,000 annually
Responsibilities:
Assist in the buying function including parts selection, quoting and sourcing production parts
Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists
Compare prices, specifications and delivery dates to determine the best bid among potential suppliers
Knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and to vendors
Contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and quality issues
Agree on first piece approval dates and track progress
Negotiate contracts
Responsible for promoting a safe working environment and monitoring compliance activities to support the safety program
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or Business
A proven track record of strategically sourcing raw material such as: steel, resin, and factory components to include injection modeling, presses, die casting and electrical parts
Experience in Procurement preferred
Solid understanding of financial analysis and cost modeling
Strong organizational and negotiating skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Occasional international travel required
Ability to be bilingual in both English and Korean

Qualifications & Knowledge

Working knowledge and ability to use MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel and CAD drawing, MS PowerPoint for reports, data analysis, etc.

Responsibilities:
Support and continuously improve Environmental Management System (EMS) processes.
Assist with key environmental compliance programs, including:
Hazard Communication
Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC)
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)
Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA)
Recycling and hazardous materials (Hazmat) management
Conduct routine site inspections to ensure environmental compliance and maintain accurate records.
Monitor and manage recycling and waste handling activities, including preparing the Monthly Waste Report.
Collect and analyze air emissions data to ensure compliance with relevant air quality regulations.
Ensure proper chemical storage, labeling, and handling in designated areas.
Maintain and audit environmental documentation, including site records, logs, equipment maintenance, and operational data.
Contribute to the development and execution of training plans related to environmental awareness and compliance.
Support the preparation, update, and management of the environmental legal register.
Participate in environmental impact assessments and provide related educational support.
Assist in managing environmental policies, standards, and written procedures.
Plan, implement, and track progress of the annual environmental education plan.
Monitor environmental legislation trends and maintain historical compliance records.
Initiate and track issue resolution processes, including work order submission and completion.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering

We are currently seeking a Senior Press Technician to join our new and dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the Manufacturing and Production Team!
As a Senior Press Technician, your primary role is to train employees on presses /equipment in an advisor/coaching role. In addition, you will assist with maintaining press schedules, evaluating parts based on quality standards and customer specifications, and assists press operators as needed. You will also assist with the setup and breakdown procedures.
The Schedule will be 2nd shift, Monday-Friday 3:00pm-12:00am.
This position pays $72,000 annually and increase based on experience.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing Press Die and Metal Sheet Parts manufacturing and improvement process for factory production systems
* Experience in metal sheet parts productivity and production improvement
* Experience in new dies building and product line factory operation systems.
* Responsible for training engineers and press operators regarding proper Press die operations to process improvement techniques and process. Make necessary changes to ensure product specifications are met
* Identify training and development needs and assists department managers with reviewing Press Operator performance
* Assists in the development and update of Press training manuals
* Responsible for visual inspection of production for defects based on Standard
* Monitor product for any quality issues
* Achieve established daily performance target
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma
* 20+ years Press and Die Operation experience required
* Experience in mentoring and/or coaching Press Operators
* Experience in Press Die, Metal sheet parts, and improvement process
* Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing including machine capabilities and efficiencies
* Press Die Projects and design include new line formation and analysis of improvement process.
* Execution of project goals, install and troubleshoot operations for proper factory automation processing
