Mr. Eddie Capel is President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Manhattan Associates Inc. Mr. Capel had been serving as President and Chief Operating Officer since July 2012, and as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since January 12, 2011. Previously, Mr. Capel served as Executive Vice President—Global Operations from January 2009 to January 2011. In this capacity, Mr. Capel was responsible for the Company’s global product management, research and development, and customer support functions. Prior to AceInfo, he worked at consulting companies such as KPMG, BearingPoint, EarthTech (Tyco International Company), and Ed Zublin AG. Mr. Challa began his career as a staff engineer working on military family housing projects in Germany and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and in less than two years, he became the project manager on that account.

Ray Greer is chief executive officer of Omnitracs, and has been a well-respected leader in the transportation and logistics industry for many years. Prior to his current role, Ray was president of BNSF Logistics, subsidiary of Burlington Northern Santa Fe, a Berkshire Hathaway company. In addition, Ray has held leadership roles at Greatwide Logistics Services, Newgistics, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and FedEx. Ray received his BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City and holds a Masters of Science in Information Systems and Telecommunications from Christian Brothers University.
