Excellent leadership, great work environment, great training, wonderful people, low stress, great pay.
There are any real cons to this company you get what you put in out of it.
The flexibility of being able to choose, when and where you want to work, and tons of support from top performers and leaders. This is a very nurturing and positive environment to work in.
The CEO Doug Robbins is a wonderful person as well as the district manager, general managers, and all of the mentors. All really great people.
I’m sure there’s always room for improvement but I can’t really think of anything that they should be doing if they aren’t already doing.
I went on YouTube and researched solar as an industry, which was interesting, but not necessary since they teach you everything you need to know about the solar world.
It’s very competitive and fair. A lot of the other companies promise a lot, but they all seem to be going out of business while LGCY thrives due to the fact that they educate their customers fully.
The representation of diverse demographics seems good is there are people from all different nationalities and walks of life all working together as a single unit.
I love being able to help people and save them money, but that’s not always easy at first lol.
