There are any real cons to this company you get what you put in out of it.

LGCY Power benefits

The flexibility of being able to choose, when and where you want to work, and tons of support from top performers and leaders. This is a very nurturing and positive environment to work in.

What do you like best about LGCY Power's CEO and the leadership team?

The CEO Doug Robbins is a wonderful person as well as the district manager, general managers, and all of the mentors. All really great people.

How would you improve LGCY Power's culture?

I’m sure there’s always room for improvement but I can’t really think of anything that they should be doing if they aren’t already doing.

How did you prepare for the LGCY Power interview?

I went on YouTube and researched solar as an industry, which was interesting, but not necessary since they teach you everything you need to know about the solar world.

How does your compensation at LGCY Power compare to the industry average?

It’s very competitive and fair. A lot of the other companies promise a lot, but they all seem to be going out of business while LGCY thrives due to the fact that they educate their customers fully.
