Mr. Lipar is our Chief Executive Officer and serves as Chairman of our Board of directors. He has served as our Chief Executive Officer since 2009, as a director since June 2013 and as Chairman of the Board since July 2013. Previously, Mr. Lipar served as our President from 2003 until 2009. Mr. Lipar has been in the residential land development business since the mid-1990s and is one of our founders. He has overseen land acquisition, development and the sales of over 5,000 homes since our inception. Through his in-depth work experience, Mr. Lipar has obtained a broad background in all aspects of residential construction, development, financing, sales and marketing. Mr. Lipar is responsible for our overall strategic leadership, working closely with our key executives to establish, implement and direct our long-range goals, strategies and policies.

Rachel Eaton is an Exec VP/Chief Marketing Ofcr at LGI HOMES, INC. and is based in The Woodlands, Texas. She has worked as Executive Assistant at LGI HOMES, INC.; Administrative Assistant at LGI HOMES, INC.; and Director of Marketing & Special Events at LGI HOMES, INC.. Rachel studied at Texas A&M University between 1999 and 2003.

Charles Merdian is a Chief Financial Officer at LGI HOMES, INC. and is based in Spring Valley, Nevada. He studied at Texas Christian University.

I am currently the COO and President of LGI Homes. In this position, I oversee all aspects of homebuilding operations for LGI Homes including product development, sales and marketing, construction, purchasing and customer service.I joined LGI Homes in February 2004 as a Homebuilding Manager. Before my current promotion, I was the Executive Vice President of Homebuilding, which in 2008 delivered 475 homes making LGI Homes one of the top 100 Builders in the United States.Prior to joining LGI Homes, I was a Project Manager for Tadian Homes, based in Troy, Michigan. While with Tadian, I managed field operations and customer service for multiple Subdivisions, helping Tadian grow from 71 homes closed to 566 homes closed in 3 years. Previous to Tadian Homes, I was a Homebuilding Superintendent for Peerless Building Company based in Bloomfield, Michigan. While at LGI Homes, I have proven to be an excellent business operator and an innovative leader.I graduated from Central Michigan University with an emphasis in Environmental Science and Land Use Planning.
