Liability claims representatives are the first people a customer reaches upon starting an insurance process. They are the ones the customers report the accidents to, taking inbound calls and functioning as customer service representatives.
As a liability claims representative, it will be your job to collect all the information from customers that is necessary to file insurance claims while displaying a calm and reassuring attitude to let customers know they are in good hands.
