Creating a plan to increase access for students from various socioeconomic backgrounds to the unique academic and social enrichment opportunities available through Young Rebels programming is also a priority of the Early Outreach Coordinator. The Early Outreach Coordinator will actively participate in grant writing individually and collaboratively to both ensure continued funding from current grants as well as establish new veins of funding to assist with program development and implementation as well as future expansion of staffing and programming. The Early Outreach Coordinator will also assist with monitoring the Early Outreach budget and any subsequent grant budgets. Assisting the Director for Early Outreach in creating a plan for developing programming to increase the number of prospective students in the pipeline and awareness of UNLV across the valley is also a priority of the Early Outreach Coordinator.
