    We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused seasonal Server to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. This is a full-time/part-time seasonal non-exempted position to work nights, days, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities Welcome guests personally within 30 seconds. Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language. Make guests feel appreciated through Bartender's actions. Work as a team with all employees to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service. Have complete knowledge of Libbey's food and beverage preparation. Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of bar and dining room by following standard recipes, maintaining consistency with house recipes. Anticipate guests needs. Able to interact with guests in a friendly/ time efficient manner. Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in agreement with company standards. Be attentive to the guest's alcohol consumption to ensure they are not over severed. Maintain specific side-work and ensure total cleanliness. Ability to clear and set tables. Check identification of guests to ensure are of legal age to consume alcohol. Refuse to serve alcohol in a polite manner to those that are not of legal age or do not produce adequate identification. When serving alcohol always monitor and observe guest's behavior and following TIPS guidelines. Do not hesitate to ask manager to intervene. All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed guests' expectations. Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirement Must be able to obtain TIPS Certification. Must be at least 18 years of age. Customer Focus.
