The individual should have two years of active participation in mental health self-help activities, peer support or peer advocacy programs, or participant run organizations or similar experiences or programs. Verifies accuracy of route times, stop times/ location are correct (route deviation). 9. Run and complete various operation reports weekly or as needed. 10. Read maps, follow written and geographic directions according to route / trip logs. 11. Assists Transportation Manager by maintaining transportation records, various state/federal/district reports such as mileage and fuel report, invoicing, complete purchase orders, and payroll documentation. Complete Purchase orders (in absence of Manager) for vendors. 12. Coordinate Activities of School Bus Drivers and other duties as assigned by the Transportation Manager. 13. Coordinates with Transportation Manager to ensure driver files are current to include all regulatory items are maintained to include the random drug/alcohol program meets or exceeds FMSCA requirements. 14. Work effectively as a team member within the department, building and across the district. 15. Will ensure that all shift routes are filled. 16. Serve as a substitute school bus driver, operate and safely drive in either good or adverse weather, road and traffic conditions while transporting passengers to school or special events.
