o Calculations to track loads on each wire for correct sizing of generators, shore power which includes balancing loads to each line.

Cabinet Peaks Medical Center is looking for an Admissions Clerk to join our Admissions Team!
Reporting to the Patient Financial Services Manager, performs inpatient admissions and registrations for outpatient services. May serve as a backup for other business office functions.
Major Job Duties & Responsibilities
Arranges for the efficient and orderly admission of inpatients and the registration of individuals who have hospital based outpatient care, testing or procedures. This includes but is not limited to observations, emergency, walk in clinic, laboratory, imaging, surgical services, rehabilitation, and outpatient services.
Ensures that patient demographics and insurance information is collected through the pre-registration or interview process and accurately entered into the ADT system (Meditech).
Performs duties in reception/cashiering/switchboard.
Pre-authorization of outpatient services, as needed.
Verifies insurance in different web-based sites or products.
Collects deposits, copayments, deductibles and other patient liabilities from patients per policy.
Participates in monthly staff meetings, training sessions, and annual education sessions, disaster drills, etc...
Adheres to compliance regulations such as EMTALA, HIPAA, and MSP, etc.
Works well under pressure in a high traffic work environment with shared workspace.
Works all shifts when needed, including weekends & holidays.

The Respiratory Therapist works under the direct supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Manager and under the general direction of the Cardiopulmonary Medical Director, performing quality and complete cardiopulmonary procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of disease, exacerbations and or injuries. The Respiratory Therapist works effectively with patients and patients' families and maintains a cooperative relationship with interdepartmental and support personnel. Therapist is responsible for providing patient education, quality patient treatment, and will meet all regulatory compliance.
Major Job Duties & Responsibilities
Performs diagnostic testing and procedures per standards set by Medical Center policy, and other regulating and governing bodies. Meets the competency standards and requirements of the Cardiopulmonary department and CPMC.
Maintains organization of workload, department facility and workstation.
Maintains patient records and files, as appropriate. Provides accurate documentation and charge capture of each exam, procedure performed.
Actively participates in departmental quality assurance program including preventative maintenance.
Regularly stocks and maintains inventory to appropriate levels for scheduled shift as well as the subsequent shift.
Completes appropriate forms and consent as required for specific exams.
Actively participates in updating and maintaining the department policy and procedure book.
Rotates and or covers shifts as required.
Participates in staff meetings, educational in-services, and department retreats.
Follows departmental policies and procedures.
Maintains audit goals including but not limited to Pixis, charge, chart, budget, ABG and corporate compliance audits.
Provides instruction to students who are fulfilling their clinical requirements at CPMC.
Conscientious of budget and works to minimize redundancies, errors, and waste, excessive costs and overtime. Maintains productivity and utilizes low census policy when appropriate.
Provide administrative duties, as needed, in connection with the front desk responsibilities of the department alongside or in the absence of the receptionist.
Coordinates patient care both internally and with outlying facilities and providers and provide community and patient education within the scope of Respiratory Therapy and/or assigned modality.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Must be able to function and excel in a team environment and relate positively and favorably to staff, patients, visitors, families, and physicians. Must possess effective communication and writing skills.
Must possess computer skills in order to use e-mail, Word, Excel, Power Point, internet, electronic medical records, etc.
Must pursue continuing education in order to meet the requirements of licensure and self-development.
Must be able to work well in situations of stress and able to work independently.
Schedule
Full-Time Therapist will share in covering all scheduled shifts within the Cardiopulmonary Department. This includes, but is not limited to, 12 hour day and night shifts as well as 8 to 10 hour outpatient therapist shifts. Other shifts may be required to provide adequate coverage.
Educational Requirements
Therapist must have completed an accredited program in Respiratory Therapy. Therapists must hold a current Montana state license in Respiratory Therapy.
Experience
Therapist may be registered (RRT) or certified (CRT) with differentiating job codes.
Must maintain Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification, Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NRP) Certification.
