Supply Chain Operations & Logistics: Manage inventory, warehousing, and outbound distribution of finished dairy products. Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries to customers. Support cost efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the supply chain. Performance & Continuous Improvement: Define and monitor KPIs such as service levels, OTIF, plant utilization, and inventory turns. Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy, supply reliability, and operational responsiveness. Partner cross-functionally (operations, quality, finance, BD) to strengthen the end-to-end supply chain. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Dairy/Food Science, or related field. 5-7+ years of experience in supply chain management, production planning, or logistics, ideally in dairy or food processing. Strong track record of customer service and escalation management. Proficiency with ERP and planning systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
