This role is essential for providing high-quality care to patients in urgent and critical situations. Key Responsibilities Assess and triage patients upon arrival in the ER, prioritizing care based on medical need and urgency. Provide emergency care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
