Position Summary:
Account Managers provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients, producers and company personnel in a professional and positive manner. You will handle all tasks associated with obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing existing accounts in accordance with all agency procedures and carrier guidelines. You will also support company growth by working with producers, management, and other personnel on special projects or duties as directed.
Major Responsibilities:
Work with Account Executive and/or Department Lead for guidance and training on all aspects of servicing clients.
Prepare company submissions for new/renewal business, market as appropriate, and prepare proposals.
Prepare all change requests and review audits and policies for accuracy.
Set up and prepare new account files in account management system per agency procedures.
Invoice all agency bill transactions within 48 hours and collect premiums accordingly.
Notify producer of any unpaid audits in a timely manner and request appropriate actions be made according to carrier audit guidelines and timeframe.
Review all renewals with the producer at least 120 days prior to expiration to determine marketing strategies.
Prepare and process cancellations when required and follow up on notices of cancellations per agency procedures.
Respond to all carrier memos and process any necessary updates.
Prepare and process client requests, including ID cards, evidence of property, certificates of insurance, and binders.
Review policies and related documents for accuracy and deliver policies to insureds as needed.
Work with producers to evaluate exposure, negotiate and interpret coverage, and review with clients as needed.
Evaluate and recommend additional coverage based on client needs. Quote/propose as appropriate.
Keep producers fully informed of all important activities on their accounts.
Review monthly reports- Aged Receivable, renewal/expirations, and Suspense reports in a timely manner.
Performance Expectations:
Service Company and clients in a manner to avoid potential exposure to E&O claims.
Alert management of incidents that may require management assistance or approval.
Respond to phone calls and e-mails within an acceptable timeframe not to exceed 24 hours.
Process client requests (e.g. ID cards, certs, binders) within 24 hours of request.
Maintain current, consistent, detailed documentation on all client activity, phone conversations, and correspondence in the account management system.
Utilize account management system suspense system to follow up on outstanding items in a timely manner to avoid overdue situations.
Prioritize workload and request assistance as necessary to reduce backlog.
Participate with management and other departments/personnel on special projects and other duties as needed.
Keep current on rates, forms and coverage changes through bulletins, trade publications, and seminars.
Participate in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
3+ years' experience in commercial lines insurance
Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred.
Active DOI P&C License required.
Professional designation is a plus.
Knowledge of AMS360 OR Epic system or similar agency management system.
Good listening skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
Knowledge of commercial insurance and products.

Position Summary:
The Account Manager works closely with the Account Executive to ensure the effective delivery of the employee benefits program to large group clients. In this role, you will work closely with clients, carriers, vendors, and the Account Executive to deliver a remarkable client experience that supports their overall business objectives.

Works closely with the assigned Account Executive to provide service support to assigned clients
Cultivate strong relationships by understanding client needs, anticipating challenges, and proactively addressing concerns
Collaborate with the Account Executive and Producer(s) to ensure all benefit related tasks are completed
Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements
Work closely with clients to ensure ERISA compliance responsibilities are met timely and with accuracy
Facilitate broker compliance tasks while indemnifying company risk
Investigate and resolve complex benefit related inquiries and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction
Provide clear and concise communication regarding industry updates, policy changes, benefits education, and other relevant information
Maintain detailed and accurate records using our internal agency management system, shared file system and other applicable software applications
Create employee benefit guides, presentations and other key documents that are client and employee facing
Learn and maintain benefit administration platforms as needed
Complies with agency management data standards and timing requirements
Acknowledge and respond to all client requests timely and professionally
Develop and maintain excellent carrier and vendor relationships
Performs other tasks on projects as needed/assigned to support the overall development and advancement of the Employee Benefits tea
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
2+ plus years of group employee benefits brokerage experience
Active resident Accident Life & Health License required
Deep understanding of ERISA and other compliance regulations as they pertain to group benefit plans

Position Summary:
Account Executives use their experience, expertise, judgment and discretion to obtain, maintain, service, market and grow the insurance business of The Liberty Company. As an Account Executive you will assist clients with obtaining/renewing insurance coverage on terms and at prices that are competitive and appropriate. You will assist in managing all aspects of relationships with clients, including administration, marketing, customer service, and receivables. In addition, you will also manage appointments with carriers, including assisting with audits, memos and updates.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare submissions for Company accounts, including new/renewal business, market Company accounts as appropriate, and prepare and present proposals for Company accounts, including on-site meetings as appropriate.
Oversee quality control and compliance duties to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
Prepare change requests for Company and Company accounts
Review audits, policies and endorsements for accuracy.
Initiate new account files in related agency management system.
Invoice Company accounts (agency bill transactions)
Assist Company and carriers with collections.
Assist Company with carrier audits, including audit disputes.
Prepare and implement marketing strategies, particularly with respect to upcoming expirations (within 120 days).
Manage account cancellations as appropriate, including communicating with Company's carriers and clients to address cancellations, ensure continuation of coverage, and mediate any issues or disputes related to cancellation.
Manage carrier memos and process updates.
Manage Company account requests, including requests for ID cards, evidence of property, certificates of insurance, binders, policies and related documents.
Evaluate Company accounts' exposure and risk in determining appropriate markets for obtaining quotes.
Use experience, expertise, judgment and discretion in selection of carriers for Company accounts.
Obtains quotes for coverage, negotiates with carriers regarding coverage terms and interprets coverage for clients.
Evaluate and recommend additional coverage to Company clients based on client needs.
Delegate assignments to administrative assistants, as appropriate.
Manage Company accounts by, among other duties, keeping other team members fully informed of all important activities on Company accounts.
Manage Company receivables, renewals/expirations, as appropriate.
As appropriate, act as Company liaison with carriers and clients regarding complaints, claims, and grievances related to assigned accounts. Using experience, expertise, judgment and discretion, attempt to resolve complaints, claims, and grievances related to assigned accounts.
Performance Expectations:
Service Company and clients in a manner to avoid potential exposure to E&O claims.
Alert team members and Company executives of incidents that may require intervention.
Be responsive to phone calls and e-mails.
Be responsive to Company client requests (e.g. ID cards, certs, binders).
Maintain current, consistent, detailed documentation on all client activity, phone conversations, and correspondence in AMS360 OR Epic.
Prioritize workload and request assistance as necessary to reduce backlog.
Participate with executives, senior management and other team members (departments/personnel) on special projects and on the formulation and implementation of Company policies and procedures, as needed.
Keep current on rates, forms and coverage changes through bulletins, trade publications, seminars and other forms of continuing education.
Participate in seminars and classes to continue development of qualifications, expertise and experience.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience handling commercial lines accounts.
Education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent is required, college degree preferred.
Active DOI P&C License required.
Knowledge of AMS360 OR Epic system or similar agency management system.
Located in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.

What You Will Do:
As an Insurance Agent you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
* Solicit new business and maintain current business levels in order to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
* Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production goals.
* Accurate accounting of all currency transactions as well as timely delivery of deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
* Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs
The Perfect Match:
* Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
* Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
* Sales or customer service experience
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to build relationships with sales customers
* Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
* Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What You Will Do:
The Store Manager is the driving force behind our business. This exciting position will challenge your sales abilities and give you the opportunity to gain substantial financial rewards, along with mentoring others to achieve the same. We are hiring talented leaders committed to their own success.
* Lead the sales team's daily performance and/or targets
* Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production and active customer goals
