ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform and adhere to proper procedures for signing keys and shuttle busses in and out for each shift

OTHER NECESSARY SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must pass a DOT Physical Exam.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Must possess the ability to work with various personalities while maintaining impartiality. The needs for quickness and ease of adjustment to the work environment and flexibility to change are essential in this position.
Must be informative and deal effectively with guests and employees while being friendly at all times.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Must possess a current, valid drivers license with a chauffeurs' endorsement.
Must be at least 21 years of age with a clear driving record of a minimum of the past 5 years.
Driver's license may not have been revoked at any time in the last 36 months.
Must have at least one-year experience driving large cargo trucks.
EQUIPMENT TO BE USED
In most cases, 14 passenger, GVWR 11,500lb shuttle, 12 passenger with 2 w/c positions, GVWR 14,500lb shuttle and on occasion, smaller passenger vehicles.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
May be required to lift up to 25 lbs. and be able to sit for long periods of time while working alone in an enclosed vehicle. Required to have corrected normal range of hearing and sight. May be required to bend, stretch, reach, crouch and possibly crawl to secure wheel chairs on the handicap shuttles
TYPICAL MENTAL DEMANDS
Must be able to handle unique situations while remaining calm, focused and professional. Must be able to deal with difficult people without losing perspective. Must be able to work productively under strict time restraints with variable deadlines. Must be able to handle multiple calls and communicate effectively over the radio.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able and willing to work in or near a crowded, loud smoking environment. May be required to work in small, enclosed spaces. Must practice all safety policies, procedures and standards as set by OSHA. Driving in seasonal conditions and changes. We operate in all types of weather. Most work is performed in 14-24 passenger shuttle buses.
COMMENTS
Native American and Tribal Preference will apply. Must be able to pass a background investigation and a drug and alcohol urinalysis as a condition of employment. Must be able to work flexible hours and to take on additional responsibilities when asked. Must adhere to company policies regarding strict confidentiality.

Performs Daily Vehicle pre trip Inspection Reports for each piece of equipment before it is driven.
Perform Pre Trip inspections on trailers when being used in delivery.

Keep daily log of deliveries with invoice number and time of delivery.
Collect all orders to be delivered and ensure they are accurate and correct by checking pick ticket against items, supervisor will sign off before loading.
Load pickup and/or trailer according to delivery stops and ensure all items are properly secured and safely loaded.
Check out credit card that is referenced to the vehicle you will be using for deliver.
Turn in all credit card and other receipts upon return, you will be responsible for missing receipts.
Maintain delivery bay including disposing of all empty pallets and trash.
All orders need to be put on assigned racks to ensure floor and walkways are clean and accident free.
Assist in fulfilling orders in warehouse as needed, along with helping keep the warehouse clean.
Proper time management both on deliveries and while assisting in warehouse as needed, idle time can be used for helping your team or learning a new task.
Willingness to be flexible, including working overtime, on call, and performing responsibilities not specifically identified in the job description
Requirements:

Required Education, Training & Professional Experience (URAC Core 25a)
* A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
* Ability to operate a Motor Vehicle.
* Knowledge of City parking rules and regulations preferred.
* Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours.
