Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) or LLB degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of successful trial attorney experience, preferably within insurance law and related litigation. Proven experience managing moderately complex litigation with demonstrated success in achieving favorable outcomes. General knowledge of insurance law, and as necessary, workers' compensation.
