Job Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality at all stages of the development cycle
Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for windows, web, and mobile applications
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective strategies
Manage bug tracking, ensuring timely logging, prioritization, and resolution of defects using tools like JIRA or similar
Drive the development and maintenance of advanced automated test scripts to support continuous testing and enhance coverage
Conduct performance and load testing to assess application stability under varying conditions
Analyze test results, provide detailed reports, and offer actionable insights to improve product quality
Act as a mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous learning

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Five (5)+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes required
Pharmacy software or healthcare technology solutions experience is a plus
ISTQB Advanced Level Certification or similar professional QA certifications preferred
Proven expertise in manual testing, test case design, and execution across various platforms (web, desktop, mobile)
Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar)
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in collaborative, fast-paced development environments
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for QA integration preferred

The primary function of the Business Solutions Account Executive (“Account Executive”) is to generate Vyve Business Solutions sales opportunities and to supervise Vyve Business Solutions sales activity for an assigned sales region. The Account Executive's sales focus is, but not solely, on fiber products. This position reports directly to the Business Manager. Duties and responsibilities include the following:
Identify Business Solutions opportunities in the assigned territory
Seek new customers by continuously prospecting and following Vyve Business Solutions' sales strategies and tactics
Responsible for completing required documentation and reporting for the proper processing of sales
Execute sales strategy to meet sales goals for the assigned region
Coordinate customer's solution needs, solution estimate and final solution price quote for all Vyve Business Solution products
Communicate sales activities, reports and results as requested by Management
Develop and implement marketing plans, proposals and presentations as needed
Ongoing customer relationship management of existing customer base within an assigned territory
Monitor and manage past due accounts
Frequent and regular communication with management team
Practice safe and defensive driving when representing the company
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Work effectively with fellow team members throughout Vyve Broadband to meet or exceed company sales and service goals.
Utilize strong, effective and positive interpersonal and communication skills with temperament to effectively communicate verbally and in writing directly with customers, co-workers, and management.
Strong aptitude for organization and assertive setting of priorities to successfully manage time and workload while working independently or with a team to achieve business goals.
Solid understanding using computers and programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry programs.
Ability to present a professional and positive image and project a positive outlook.
Disciplined to meet critical deadlines through diligent follow-up.
Accepts and displays accountability to achieve goals.
Abide by all Vyve policies and standards as described in the employee handbook and by management.
Working Conditions

Qualifications:
Education: High School degree or equivalent required. College degree strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three years of sales experience. Telecomm and long-term sales projects experience preferred.
Required Skills:
Must be able to utilize personal vehicle, possess and maintain valid insurance and driver's license, and maintain a good driving record.

Liberty Software is seeking an IT professional with broad experience and a heart for service to join our "Tech Team" as an IT/Desktop Support Technician. We are proud to serve independent pharmacies nationwide with our top-of-the-line software, and this role is crucial in the accompanying top-of-the-line service. Our IT/Desktop Support Technicians serve our external customers throughout the day, providing primarily remote support and virtual guidance to our customers as called upon.
We are seeking an individual experienced in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting servers, LANs, WANs, and VPNs, as well as general installation and maintenance of workstations, printers, etc. This individual should also have experience monitoring network security for compliance with URAC, HIPAA, and PCI requirements. Liberty Software takes great pride in its client relations and support and expects its IT/Desktop Support Technicians not only to have the necessary technical skills, but excellent customer service and communication skills as well.
This is a fully in-person position working out of our Southlake, TX office.

Job responsibilities include (but are not necessarily limited to):
Field questions from external customers through various channels, determining possible solutions and guiding customers through resolutions
Guide installation, configuration and maintenance of personal workstations, servers, ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems
Administer LANs according to TCP/IP networking protocols
Plan and implement network security in compliance with URAC, HIPAA, and PCI requirements, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, etc., as needed
Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures
Position reports to office in Grapevine, Texas
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or related field, and at least two years of experience in an IT support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent understanding of computer networking and proven knowledge of TCP/IP
Proficiency in WANs (Wide Area Networks) and expert-level knowledge in LANs (local area networks)
Desktop support or similar experience required, strong background in workstation management and hardware and OS installations and upgrades preferred
Must have exceptional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with experience using Microsoft Windows and associated programs
