Responsibilities Include:
Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM
Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure a positive customer experience
Coordinate trade show and event logistics, including deliverables, vendor services, and pre/post-show surveys
Distribute event details and manage special requests for each show
Build and maintain strong relationships with associations and third-party vendors
Support execution of show-related marketing campaigns and social media initiatives
Represent Liberty Software at local, state, and national trade shows as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred

Liberty Software is seeking an IT professional with broad experience and a heart for service to join our "Tech Team" as an IT/Desktop Support Technician. We are proud to serve independent pharmacies nationwide with our top-of-the-line software, and this role is crucial in the accompanying top-of-the-line service. Our IT/Desktop Support Technicians serve our external customers throughout the day, providing primarily remote support and virtual guidance to our customers as called upon.
We are seeking an individual experienced in configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting servers, LANs, WANs, and VPNs, as well as general installation and maintenance of workstations, printers, etc. This individual should also have experience monitoring network security for compliance with URAC, HIPAA, and PCI requirements. Liberty Software takes great pride in its client relations and support and expects its IT/Desktop Support Technicians not only to have the necessary technical skills, but excellent customer service and communication skills as well.

Job Responsibilities
Field questions from external customers through various channels, determining possible solutions and guiding customers through resolutions
Guide installation, configuration and maintenance of personal workstations, servers, ethernet networks, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems
Administer LANs according to TCP/IP networking protocols
Plan and implement network security in compliance with URAC, HIPAA, and PCI requirements, including building firewalls, applying cryptography to applications, managing host security, file permissions, backup and disaster recovery plans, etc., as needed
Troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties
Anticipate communication and networking problems and implement preventive measures
Position reports to office in Grapevine, Texas
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or related field, and at least two years of experience in an IT support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent understanding of computer networking and proven knowledge of TCP/IP
Proficiency in WANs (Wide Area Networks) and expert-level knowledge in LANs (local area networks)
Desktop support or similar experience required, strong background in workstation management and hardware and OS installations and upgrades preferred
Must have exceptional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with experience using Microsoft Windows and associated programs
