Summary
Lincoln Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, turn-key automated systems from concept through customer acceptance. This role requires a strong command of project planning, cross-functional leadership, customer communication, and budget/schedule control. The Project Manager will drive project milestones across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, start-up, and final buy-off-managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is an on-site position located at our Coldwater, OH facility.

Responsibilities
Partner with Sales, Applications, and Marketing to support market-segment growth, contribute to improvement goals, and provide technical/commercial input.
Lead project planning, including schedule development, resource alignment, risk mitigation, and ongoing progress tracking.
Own project financials-manage budgets, timelines, change orders, and customer deliverables.
Drive engineering reviews, ensuring adherence to specifications and providing technical guidance.
Coordinate procurement, fabrication, and assembly activities to maintain project cost and delivery targets.
Lead on-site installation, commissioning, and start-up; support final customer acceptance and payment closure.
Serve as the primary customer interface, maintaining proactive communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Champion departmental performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management, or equivalent experience.
3-5+ years of experience managing industrial automated equipment projects (manufacturing, design, or integration).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Working knowledge of project management principles and tools.
Experience with industrial robotics, hydraulics, and pneumatics; preferred.
CAD proficiency (3D modeling) preferred.
Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets and project management software.
Strong customer-relationship skills with the ability to identify and address issues impacting satisfaction.

Purpose
This position is responsible for the management and execution of cross-functional technical projects to ensure the project deliverables of scope, cost, and time are met. The outcome is very specific and measurable.

The Program Manager is responsible for the successful execution of a project including cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction for the assigned customer account. They will lead the project management team in driving project tasks to completion while taking ownership of Vertiv scope delivery, as the primary Vertiv project owner for internal and external stakeholders.
This is a key leadership role and will be responsible for implementing Vertiv's Global strategy and execution for the account, working with cross functional leaders through lines of business, commercial and service organizations. Teamwork with global divisions of Vertiv is of paramount importance as is the ability to work well with respected executive leaders for each client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Works with the Project Management Office (PMO) to help define and develop methods and procedures and institute best practices. Ensures all procedures are enforced on projects.
* Define the required project scope of work and all tasks required to deliver. Collaborate with functional group leaders to develop project execution plans. Coordinates with Order Management, plant production, Logistics, contractors, services and warranty groups throughout the project, serving as primary point of escalation for potential conflicts to avoid impact to the customer.
* Follow reporting and tracking processes to assure the project is on target for quality, schedule and cost targets. Track project reporting and KPI's. Document meeting notes, action items and follow through to completion.
* Ensure service and delivery execution and delivery of contract requirements and customer expectations by enforcing cross-functional management of project execution teams.
* Identify project risks and accompanying risk mitigation plan to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner and communicated to the stakeholders.
* Monitor team schedules and ensure coordination of activities on the critical path. Coordinate the team to implement short term and long-term resolution.
* Build, develop and maintain business relationships with key stakeholders (contractors, customers, suppliers etc.)
* Ensure service and delivery execution and delivery of contract requirements and customer expectations by collaborating with cross-functional operational teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Associate or Bachelor's required. MBA preferred
* Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
* 3+ years of work experience

What is the Operations Development Program?
The Operations Development Program (ODP) is a two-year program designed to provide thorough exposure to The Timken Company's manufacturing and manufacturing support functions to develop future leaders within the company. The program includes various professional development experiences and on-the-job training during each assignment.
ODP participants are a part of a cohort that advance through the program to attend trainings, network, and collaborate with leadership throughout the year. Participants will be mentored, and have significant interaction with senior operations leaders throughout the company.
The program consists of four assignments each six months in duration. The first two assignments will be in one plant location. Program participants will then relocate to a second plant location for their third and fourth assignments. After completion of the program, permanent assignments will be in one of our U.S. manufacturing facilities.

Scope of Responsibility:
The Manager of Program Management is responsible for overseeing all aspects of program management related to new and existing tower orders. This role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, in compliance with contractual obligations, and aligned with organizational goals. * Directs, supervises, monitors and reviews all activities related to tower project management team.

* Assign Sales Orders, manage Change Orders, records incident report and manages scheduling through Epicor.
* Compile and organize project information and enter it into sales order database.
* Update the daily job report when processing new Sales Orders.
* Establishes and maintains excellent relationships with all customers and identifies opportunities for follow-up work or new projects.
* Communicates directly with customers, purchasing agents, engineers, field supervisors, project managers, and vendors.
