WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


We are looking for a Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist, preferably with some lash experience and/ or training. Someone willing and eager to learn and grow in the industry. Who enjoys working with people, comfortable with sales and product education. Able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. Someone highly motivated, reliable, friendly and responsible.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude
• Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products
• Understand and promote products and memberships
• Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services (Classic/ Hybrid/ Volume applications)
• Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs
• Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license
• Lash Extension Training
• 1+ years as a Lash Stylist (required)
• 1+ years with hand-made volume fans (preferred but not required)
• Customer service focused
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered
• Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
