Qualifications

Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies for each visit to maximize

flow and efficiency.

Maintain clean and organized rooms, workstation/lab station.

Manage inventory stock levels including any retail supplies.

Consent patients on all procedures, and inform them of any fees.

Confirm that all patient and client questions have been answered.

Follow-up with patients post treatments to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain a clean, organized and well stocked work environment.

Assist in managing vendor relationships and correspondence.

Participate and assist in organizing trainings.

Have knowledge of entire practice service menu including aesthetic and retail

product offerings and their costs.

Promote current service offerings for patients seeking to achieve their skincare

goals for healthy, beautiful skin.

Stay current and actively be involved in promoting all marketing objectives

and events.

Show enthusiasm and invite patients to treatments, skincare, promotions, and

events that would interest them.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with patients, support

staff, providers and managers.

Strong writing and oral communication skills.

Ability to work within a team setting.
