As a Wax Specialist, you'll be a friendly and passionate team player who can hit the ground running while also building your skills with our comprehensive training program. We're in the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin, and with your help, you'll give guests a reason to walk in, and strut out.
Requirements:
-PA Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
-Able to perform full body waxing
-Sales Experience/Products sales
-Ability to work with others in a fun, fast-paced environment.

$25 per hour + generous commission on procedures and retail products

Qualifications

• Bachelor's (Required)
• Customer service: 3 years (Required)

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Must be licensed in the state of New York

The Licensed Aesthetician will work alongside doctor and perform

aesthetician, cosmetic dermatology and other related tasks as

delegated by Dr. Reszko and/or other Practice physicians.

Responsible for providing excellent patient service and hospitality to the

practice patients and any guests through smooth and efficient operations of the

clinical services.

Help clients meet their aesthetic goals and help boost their confidence.

Provide facial and spa services.

Building client relationships and focus on retention of clients

Greet patients, clients and visitors and give them your undivided attention.

In a calm, personable demeanor coordinate clinical flow and provide services

to general and cosmetic dermatology provider(s) by gathering client needs,

answering queries, educating patients, managing physician requests, phone

calls, emails and voicemails, in a timely manner.

Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies for each visit to maximize

flow and efficiency.

Maintain clean and organized rooms, workstation/lab station.

Manage inventory stock levels including any retail supplies.

Consent patients on all procedures, and inform them of any fees.

Confirm that all patient and client questions have been answered.

Follow-up with patients post treatments to ensure satisfaction.

Maintain a clean, organized and well stocked work environment.

Assist in managing vendor relationships and correspondence.

Participate and assist in organizing trainings.

Have knowledge of entire practice service menu including aesthetic and retail

product offerings and their costs.

Promote current service offerings for patients seeking to achieve their skincare

goals for healthy, beautiful skin.

Stay current and actively be involved in promoting all marketing objectives

and events.

Show enthusiasm and invite patients to treatments, skincare, promotions, and

events that would interest them.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with patients, support

staff, providers and managers.

Strong writing and oral communication skills.

Ability to work within a team setting.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Punctual

Excellent etiquette in person or phone.

Positive attitude.
