About the Role As a Lead Agent PM at Fieldguide, you will play a central role in building the next generation of enterprise‑grade AI agents that power multi‑million‑dollar audit and assurance engagements for the Fortune 500. What You'll Do Build enterprise‑grade AI agents: As an Agent PM at Fieldguide, you will be responsible for partnering directly with our engineers and most strategic customers to build and ship AI agents that power multi‑million‑dollar audit and assurance engagements for the Fortune 500. Engage with top audit firms in the world: In the role, you will engage with all levels of our most strategic customers: Discover and assess their requirements. Who You Are 6-8+ years experience in product development/management. Experience crafting and tailoring a message for potential customers, including senior executives at Fortune 500. Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non‑technical and technically proficient audiences, including recent AI developments. Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience. Bonus Points Domain expertise in Audit, Assurance or Accounting. AI‑related experience (experience developing AI agents a plus). Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go. MBA or equivalent professional experience (while this is a product management role, you will have the opportunity to lean into broader business roles). In either case, you'll have the tools, service team, and autonomy to succeed. Responsibilities Responsible for generating prospects, providing insurance solutions, and supporting the client. Create and maintain prospect lists of potential clients through warm and cold calling. Identify clients' insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and potential premium savings. Obtain accurate information from prospects for comprehensive submissions to insurers. Maintain concern for timeliness and accuracy when interacting with clients, agency, and company personnel. Work within a team structure to help provide clients with continued support even after sales cycle is completed. Perform other duties that may be required or assigned by the supervisor. Requirements 5+ years of production success in P&C insurance. Demonstrated expertise and reputation in a specific niche market (current Sovereign specialties or others). A strong record of new business growth and client retention. Desire to take ownership of building a practice and reputation within a supportive, team-oriented environment. Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a commitment to collaboration and client service. Has a proven production track record with established client relationships. Brings recognized expertise in a niche market and the credibility to be seen as a subject matter expert. Wants to be a practice leader, not just a salesperson.
