Assignment Cancelation Policy:
In the event Agency cancels an Agency Personnel assignment already accepted by Agency for assignment pursuant to an executed Assignment Confirmation, Agency shall give MSO not less than fourteen (14) days prior written/email notification of cancellation. In the event Agency fails to give fourteen (14) days prior written/email notification of such cancelation, Agency shall Agency shall owe to the relevant Platform Participant $1,000.00 as liquidated damages (to be paid or issued as a credit for future services via the VMS Platform, at MSO s direction).
In the event a Platform Participant cancels an Agency Personnel assignment already accepted by Agency for assignment pursuant to an executed Assignment Confirmation, MSO/Platform Participant shall give Agency not less than fourteen (14) days prior written/email notification of such cancellation.
