Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist the Level I Pharmacy Technician accurately prepares and labels medications, fills automated dispensing devices, squad boxes, code trays and replaces floorstock. The Level I Pharmacy Technicians fills and exchanges patient-specific medication supplies, monitoring for returned and discontinued medications, as well as restocking storage bins and facilitating requests for re-ordering drugs and supplies.
