Position Overview: Restorative LPN Nurse The Restorative LPN Nurse assumes daily responsibility and accountability for the restorative nursing care of assigned residents. This role coordinates restorative services, collaborates closely with nursing leadership and therapy departments, and ensures restorative care is delivered in alignment with each resident's comprehensive assessment and plan of care.
