Job Summary: The Clinical Nurse B-Cancer Center specializes in caring for patients eighteen years of age or older with suspected or confirmed malignancies or a hematologic disorder. They work as a liaison between physicians, Psychiatrists and clinical team to assist clients with their treatment and ensure their safety Responsibilities: Medication Monitoring assessments of the client condition , including notes each shift notes. intake duties including health and nutrition screen, accepting and transcribing physicians med orders Med AUDITS, counts and ordering from the pharmacy as required Vitals, CIWAS/COWS and client rounds as required additional responsibilities - assist BHTs with regular duties of the facility - assist clients with maintaining sobriety and promoting a culture of recovery and absitince from drugs and alcohol Note: Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with special needs, is highly desirable.
