How you'll contribute Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital. Document screenings, decisions, and communications accurately and timely in EMR and tracking systems. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree; preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current clinical licensure; required (e.g., RN, PT, OT, SLP, MSW) per state requirements Prior marketing/sales experience preferred; prior clinical experience with demonstrated assessment skills and EMR proficiency preferred; formal sales training preferred. Supervises care providers in their efforts to provide resident care and ensures employee adherence to state/facility/company policies. Notifies Administrator when warranted, related to occurrences/incidents. QUALIFICATIONS Must possess as a minimum a nursing degree from an accredited college or university and possess a clear unencumbered license from the State of Arkansas as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Prefer experience in the geriatric population in a long term care facility, assisted living facility, or other related health care facility. Prefer experience with dementia. Must pass drug test & criminal background checks. Able to lift up to 75 pounds and safely perform patient transfers Able to work rotating weekends and holidays Able to walk, stand, and move about for long periods of time
