This position is located at our Astria Toppenish Hospital in our Acute Care Unit. Shift: 19:00-7:30 Every other weekend. What you get to do every day! Under the direct supervision of the RN, the LPN is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to manage and coordinate the interdisciplinary care of patients of all ages, ranging from pediatric to geriatric. The LPN provides individualized holistic care to the patient, family, and caregivers in a competent and knowledgeable manner that adequately serves the patient population.
