The unit consists of 29 beds and has a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6. The RN will be expected to manage a variety of cardiac-related conditions and procedures. Responsibilities Administering and titrating various cardiac medications, including heparin, insulin, nitroglycerin, and more. Monitoring cardiac patients, managing IV drips, and interpreting telemetry strips. Providing post-operative care for patients recovering from lung surgeries and cardiac procedures. Collaborating with a healthcare team for optimal patient care and outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN license and BLS & ACLS certifications are required. Experience in titrating IV drips and managing telemetry monitors is essential. Previous cardiac or telemetry experience preferred but not mandatory for first-time travelers. Why ARMStaffing?
