You will have opportunities to both lead groups and provide individual therapy for adults and youth. Through collaboration with other treatment providers, you will provide support and communication to clients with behavioral health diagnoses to enable their continued success. Our Clinician attends supervisions, staff meetings, adheres to payor, company, and HIPAA standards and practices. At the start of IOP, clients struggle to emotionally regulate and build healthy relationships but by graduation they will be able to do both. This position begins as Part-Time with the potential to move up to Full-Time (30+ hours) as a caseload builds. Full Time - Maintain a minimum of 25 client sessions per week and schedule at least 30, because life happens (clients cancel, reschedule, or get sick), helps keep your schedule steady.
