Your primary responsibilities will encompass conducting diagnostic assessments and administering targeted treatment, drawing from an array of culturally responsive, trauma-informed and diverse therapeutic modalities, including individual, couples, family, and/or group psychotherapy. Your caseload may include individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, significant life changes, ADHD, and other mental health symptoms and developmental concerns, thus necessitating experience across a broad spectrum of client profiles and conditions. A Pre-Licensed Therapist with LynLake Centers for Wellbeing will be responsible for: * Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy * Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. * Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration. * Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans. * Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed. * Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices. * Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities. * Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively. Requirements Clinical Experience: * Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience) Education: * Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. Licensures/Certifications: * In a Pre-Licensed track receiving supervision for one of the following licensures: LPCC, LICSW or LMFT in the state of Minnesota. * Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage. Strongly Preferred: One or more of the following specialties: * Works with children under the age of 13 years old * Trained in Trauma/PTSD (EMDR; ART; Somatic Experiencing; Sensorimotor Psychotherapy; Brainspotting; Internal Family Systems (IFS); DBT; Neurofeedback) and/or Sex therapy. * Experience or training working with: Neurodivergence (ADHD and ASD), addiction, eating disorders, aging/older clients (and able to accept Medicare), Alzheimer's/Dementia, unhoused clients, Women's health (fertility, postpartum, perinatal, etc. Additional benefits & compensation information: * Our pay structures are commissions-based/net-collections and compensation is based on billable services. * Full benefits package available for W2 Employees billing an average of 24+ sessions/week. * Estimated salary (based on an average of our lowest and highest net collection amount for a 90837 at 24 sessions/week): * W2 Full Time - $82,417/year or $66 per session Please note: We do not offer salaried positions. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. Documented two years of freedom from problematic substance use. Must pass Applicant Background Check Study Approval. Knowledge of the philosophy of Alcoholics Anonymous. Training in the field of substance abuse/dependency. Completes Substance Abuse diagnostic assessment and treatment plans written within the ASAM 6 dimensions criteria and outline.
