    Clarity Wellness Community is a progressive not-for-profit organization providing behavioral health services in the communities we operate in. Clarity's mission is to empower people with care, connections and support for a lifetime of choice. We are currently seeking a full-time Clinical Counselor to support children, adults or families on their path to wellness in our Warsaw, Arcade, or school satellite offices. Clinical counselors work in a dynamic and person-centered clinical setting providing a variety of counseling, rehabilitation and support services to individuals and families. A few of these responsibilities include: Complete initial assessments to build rapport and establish medical necessity for treatment Conduct individual psychotherapy, family therapy, or therapeutic groups Develop and implement person-centered individualized treatment plans Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed Collaboration with other service providers and natural community supports to aid in recovery Hours: Full-time 40 hours (Monday-Friday) Clinical Counselor II: Qualifications: Minimum of master's degree in mental health counseling, social work or related counseling field with at least 3 years of experience in mental health or clinical setting. Must have exposure to evidence-based practices through education, work experience and trainings. Preferred certification or extensive training in at least 1-3 evidenced based practices. Must have a valid driver's license. Use of personal vehicle may be necessary. Clinician must be licensed or licensed eligible to practice in New York State. Clinical Counselor III: Qualifications: LCSW or LMHC with Diagnostic Privileges having a minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health setting and some experience with clinical supervision. Preferred certification or extensive training in at least 3 or more evidenced based approaches. Must have a valid driver's license. Use of personal vehicle may be necessary.
