We are seeking a full-time Family Therapist to provide therapy to our clients and their families.
Our Family Therapists may be scheduled for one evening and one weekend day (in addition to weekdays - 40 hours/week) for the benefit of clients and their families.

Qualifications::
Master's degree, at minimum, in clinical counseling or related discipline.
Licensed (or license-eligible) preferred in a counseling field (e.g., Psychologist, LMFT, LCSW, etc.).
Prior experience treating those with eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is very helpful.

How you'll contribute

Responsible for providing psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.Ensures accurate and timely patient documentation.
Conducts individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients regarding psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems.
Displays active involvement in treatment planning process.

Support with vital and UDS capture as needed.

The Crisis Counselor/Specialist main purpose is to provide crisis intervention within the community for all age groups. This position shall intervene to alleviate the participants immediate social, emotional or environmental crisis and assess, evaluate, triage and refer the participant for appropriate follow-up treatment to support a return to an effective lifestyle.
* Crisis Counselor Level:
* Master's degree or Doctorate in psychology or behavioral health/medical related field plus one (1) year experience in Behavioral Health.
* Meet eligibility for AZBBHE licensure.

* Crisis Specialist Level:

* Must be certified in First Aid and CPR, agency will provide training if necessary.
* Must obtain and maintain a level one fingerprint clearance card through Arizona Department of Public Safety with successful completion of background check.
* Possess the physical, mental, and cognitive ability to perform specific clinical and/or tasks required by the position without posing a direct threat to the safety and security of patients.
* Must complete notary exam and apply to obtain notary certification to support the involuntary treatment and petition process.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, documenting substance use history and evaluating physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual impacts to inform treatment recommendations.
Develop and effectively implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies, facilitating clear communication of observations, treatment recommendations, and patient progress evaluations.
Regularly monitor patient adherence to treatment plans, assessing goal achievement and making necessary adjustments.
Facilitate educational sessions and group counseling focused on addiction and recovery.

Qualifications:
