Ensures weekly client contact is maintained in accordance with specific program guidelines and the minimum required contact hours are achieved each month. Ensure staff at all levels are closely monitoring child and client safety and are appropriately responsive to any situation posing a risk to, or by, a client. Completes and submits yearly performance appraisals for supervisees.
