Coordinate school, home and community resources to promote student success. Provide appropriate use of various resources during consultation to assist with problem solving and referrals. System Support Establish and maintain professional relationships with administrators, teachers, other school staff, parents and community members, and provide consultation when needed. Collaborate with school staff, students, parents and the community to plan, implement, evaluate, and promote continuous improvement of a comprehensive school counseling program. Collaboratively provide professional expertise to advocate for the diverse needs of all students. Attend professional workshops, conferences and meetings pertinent to the counseling profession.
