We are seeking qualified therapists to join our clinical team and deliver care with a tech-enabled, AI/machine-learning platform that puts patient outcomes first. We have a need for providers open to offering in-person and/or telehealth services, in a local, state/multi-state, or nationwide capacity depending on your goals and licensure.
What You'll Do:
Provide psychotherapy to clients with benefits ranging from short-term goal-focused EAP, to employer health plans allowing many sessions as medically necessary.
Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence-based online screenings identifying their symptoms and areas of concern.
Preferably, also be open to treating additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and complete session documentation in a timely manner within our EHR.
Use evidence-based treatment modalities and interventions that are tailored to your client's needs.

Who You Are:
You have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in at least one state and ideally, multiple states (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, etc.). We are not able to accept applications from anyone requiring licensed supervision.

Family Transitions, Inc. is looking for Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP-A/C) to provide mental health services to include intensive in-home services and mental health skill building services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide mental health treatment to individuals receiving services (services may include Intensive In-Home, Mental Health Skill-Building through individual and family therapy, behavior management, care coordination, crisis intervention, psycho-education, and skills training.
Attend staff meetings and trainings as required (supervision is provided weekly and trainings are at least monthly)
Collaborate with referral source and other treatment providers
Create individualized service plans (ISPs) and implement the goals and objectives
Complete required clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with regulations set by governing bodies and maintain standards of care according to LBHC policies and procedures.
Complete daily progress notes at minimum on a weekly basis by 9:00AM on Monday morning.
Certifications/Requirements:
Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHPs): Must be registered with the Board of Health Professions as a Qualified Mental Health Professional for Children or Adults (QMHP-C and QMHP-A). If not registered, must have at least a Bachelor's degree in a human service field and 1 year of full-time experience.
Residents in Counseling: Must have a Master's degree in Counseling with 500 internship hours or 1 year of experience.
Supervisees in Social Work: Must have a Master's degree in Social Work with 500 internship hours or 1 year of experience.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience.

About The Role
As a Primary Therapist, you will lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will implement evidence-based treatment plans and empower clients to achieve their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the clinical team.
Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with organizational and insurance standards.
Participate in utilization reviews and discussions on medical necessity with insurance providers as needed.

Qualifications:

A master's degree in behavioral health science (Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field) is Required
An active license in the state of VA in good standing is required
LPC / LCSW / LMFT - Provisional Licenses will also be considered (Resident in Counseling / Supervisee in Social Work / Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy)
An ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience, including experience with clients from the age of 13 - 30 in a detox, residential, partial hospitalization (“PHP”), and/or intensive outpatient (“IOP) setting
Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to manage diverse caseloads while maintaining a high standard of care.
