Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities: Provide professional clinical services, following Company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. Timely complete medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration. Conduct assessments, monitor patient progress, and provide relevant psycho education. Make referrals to other health professionals and community agencies as needed. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Attend continuing education courses to maintain licensing requirements and to stay up to date on best practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with expertise in counseling processes and treatment modalities. Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Job Type: Full-time/Part-time may be considered.
