We are currently seeking a fully-licensed Mental Health Professional to join the new and developing Milwaukee Dual Youth Care Coordination program. This new program will provide dual Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) and Childrens' Long-Term Support (CLTS) case management services to youth and families in the Milwaukee County area who have severe mental health and/or substance use disorders, as well as clients with co-occurring developmental or physical disability needs. The Dual Youth Care Coordination program will follow the wraparound model of service delivery to identify needed services and develop multi-disciplinary treatment plans that address both the strengths and needs of the family.
As the Mental Health Professional, you will provide trauma-informed clinical oversight to the team of Care Coordinators to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care. This position will aid in hiring, training, and establishing the program in partnership with a Supervisor and the Program Managers. The program will begin receiving client referrals in January 2025.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL:
Provide day-to-day consultation and weekly clinical supervision to Care Coordinators to ensure effective and quality programming for consumers
Guide staff in the development of client assessments, service plans, and safety plans; and review and approve final documents from staff
Ensure the effectiveness of treatment
Assess client progress toward established goals
Authorize psychosocial rehabilitative services
Provide a blend of direct and indirect client care
Ensure the collaboration of service providers
Act as a resource for care coordinators and provide guidance in emergency and crisis situations
Safely transport clients as needed
SALARY: $70,000-72,000
LOCATION: West Allis, WI with some flexibility for hybrid/remote scheduling. Must be able to meet on-site as needed with clients and staff at the PSG West Allis office or community visits within client homes.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, with occasional evenings to accommodate families' needs.

Job Description
Deliver family based counseling and supportive services to client and families, to include individual, group and family counseling. Following the St. Charles philosophy, this position will work closely with the youth and family, other Level II staff, community resources, schools and the Department of Youth & Family Services to implement strength based family services.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Conduct and interpret assessment, psychosocial evaluation and assessment of children, adolescents and adults, family systems and subsystems; to work effectively with behavioral, emotional and learning disorders of children and adolescents and become familiar with current diagnostic testing and criteria for psychiatric disorders.
Coordinate monthly parent support groups based on assessment results.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Master’s degree in Social Work or related field. Licensed or working toward licensure.
Knowledge base of adolescent and family issues and dynamics.
Knowledge of the Wisconsin Children’s Code and juvenile justice systems.

Reports to: Principal
The school social worker is responsible for helping to create a culture of academic and social excellence at Milwaukee College Prep’s four campuses. The main responsibility will be assisting teachers and students by providing strategic services that identify and address the social-emotional-environmental issues that interfere with the educational process. Working with parents/guardians, teachers, school principal, and community based resources, the school social worker implements strategies that promote students’ positive school adjustment.
Essential Functions:
Identifies and assesses academic problems through analysis of factors impinging on student adjustment including factors in the home, school, and community.
Serves as a liaison between families and the school to positively promote collaborative processes in educational planning for students by encouraging parent/guardian participation in the school setting.

Education

JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring in-home mental health therapists to conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services to youth and families participating in agency programs as well as referrals from a variety of sources (i.e. physicians, courts, schools, social service agencies, etc.). These services will be delivered in individual, family and group situations.
We hire fully licensed therapists, as well as those working to gather the hours necessary for full licensure. We provide the supervision necessary for licensure, and give our licensed therapists additional group supervision time for collaboration and support. Our part-time therapists are paid hourly for all hours worked, including for supervision and other company meetings. Come join our team!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE IN-HOME THERAPIST:
Interview and evaluate children and families to complete the intake process.
Assess the therapeutic needs of clients and complete formal assessments.
Formulate, implement, evaluate, and review client treatment plans.
Provide psychotherapy in accordance with treatment plans.
Demonstrate knowledge and skill in addressing family system, mental health, parenting, and alcohol/drug issues through individual, family, or group counseling.
Provide thorough and accurate updates on clients and make appropriate recommendations in regular and special staffings.
Coordinate services and maintain communication with all service providers involved with the clients.
LOCATION: This position will travel to meet with clients/families throughout Kenosha County with flexibility to work remote when in-person sessions are not scheduled.
SCHEDULE: The schedule for all In-Home Mental Health Therapist positions is part-time and flexible. Hours will vary from 8:00am-5:00pm and will include some evenings to accommodate client/family schedules.
