This position supports the consumer products business unit within the Disney Experiences segment of The Walt Disney Company and primarily supports DCP's Branded Retail Businesses. What You Will Do
Draft and negotiate a wide variety of contracts in support of store operations, sourcing and procurement, and supply chain/logistics
Provide legal support related to product development and product integrity matters for Disney Store merchandise, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policy
Advise on loss prevention and risk management matters and strategies and support related investigations or compliance efforts as needed
Draft and negotiate technology and ecommerce agreements, including SaaS agreements, to support various aspects of website functionality, logistics, performance metrics, user interface, microsites, and third‑party quality/assurance testing
Provide legal support for the Guest Services and Asset Protection teams
Work closely with and advise business units on a range of business issues, including assessing options and risks associated with each option
Assist with the management of claims and litigation
Draft, update, and improve contract templates
Collaborate with subject‑matter experts within Disney (e.g., privacy, tax, intellectual property, technology, product integrity/safety and international labor standards)
Perform such other responsibilities as may be deemed necessary in support of the Consumer Products segment of Disney Experiences, such as legal support for synergistic marketing
Required Qualifications & Skills
At least 8 years of significant relevant legal experience, preferably in retail or consumer products industries
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and build interdepartmental relationships at all levels
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify and analyze complex issues, assess potential risk and impact and devise creative solutions and strategies
Must have a commercial and solution‑oriented mind‑set, and must be willing to take ownership of projects and think proactively
Ability to evaluate and reconcile issues from both a business unit and enterprise level perspective

**Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:** Minimum 2+ years clinical experience with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or their families/caregivers. Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the assigned Supervisor, the Family Support Counselor has responsibility for providing support services to individuals and families as identified in the designated program and/or individualized plan.

Effectively manages a flexible community-based schedule.
Completes all required documentation according to Agency and program standards within required time constraints. These may include: client contact forms, CANS, service activity summaries, data tracking, daily progress notes for all mental health services provided, mileage documentation, and other administrative duties, etc.
Is an active member of assigned treatment teams. Assumes assigned responsibility within the team in accordance to program needs which may include operating effectively within a Teaming Model and act as a liaison with other community agencies and resources.
Meets Agency service percentage standard reflecting expected time spent with clients, if applicable.
Completes other assigned program operational tasks in accordance with supervisory directives.
Minimum Required Education and Experience:
Must possess a high school diploma/GED. No previous experience required.
Position/Program Requirements:
Must possess a reliable mode of transportation to travel to assigned client homes, schools, offices, etc. If personal vehicle is the mode of transportation, must meet Agency's driving requirements.

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Minimum 2+ years clinical experience with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or their families/caregivers. Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance required for positions requiring field-based services. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Experience working with children/youth in a Community MH setting highly preferred. Experience working with children with developmental disabilities highly preferred. Experience working with children with medical diagnoses preferred.

ID# 3590A - 35127A -The Mental Health Counselor provides a range of services as a part of the treatment team serving young adults and families. Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Mental Health Counselor provides screening, assists with linkage to community resources, conducts case management needs assessments, provides outreach to the community and provides interpretation and translation as needed. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Screening for clients who may qualify for Transitional Youth Services Provide Individual and Group Rehabilitation Services to clients in collaboration with the primary therapist. Services to be provided in the clinic and in the field (including home, school, and other community settings). Link families with community resources and act as liaison with community providers of services Conduct Case Management Needs Assessments during the initial intake process. Maintain required minimum productivity requirements consistently. Complete all documentation in a timely and comprehensive manner and by required deadlines in compliance with all DMH and Center requirements. Assist in Community Outreach and Education activities Provide interpretation and translation services. Assist in overcoming linguistic and cultural barriers and in obtaining culturally appropriate services. Attend Staff Meetings weekly and come prepared to regular Supervision/Consultation meetings with Program Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required. Minimum of three (3) years' experience, either employed or working as a volunteer, with youth and/or young adults with mental health challenges. Must pass Department of Justice fingerprint clearance. Bilingual, Spanish-speaking, and accurate interpreting and translating skills. Valid California Driver's License is required. Must meet guidelines of agency's driving criteria (i.e. Proof of liability insurance, minimal moving violations, driving record free of DUI's or reckless driving in the last 3 years, etc.), and maintain the criteria as per company policy at all times. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Must act in accordance with all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) of 1996 and related state law confidentiality requirements. Must successfully complete the Center's HIPAA training, pass the HIPAA test, and receive the Certification of Compliance. Computer skills and knowledge of community resources. Regular attendance is an essential function of the job. Interacting with other employees at work is an essential function of the job. Arriving at work on time and not leaving early is an essential function of the job.

Our Camp Counselor positions have the potential to serve as competitively paid internships that meet your course credit needs.
First and foremost, your primary responsibilities will be as a Camp Counselor. As an Intern, you will be expected to fulfill your regular daily job responsibilities and it will be up to you to complete your internship responsibilities and to ensure that they do not interfere with your work obligations. Contact your college advisor in advance and ask them if you can use your summer camp job as a practicum, internship or for other course credits. If KE Camps can meet your internship requirements, your on-site Camp Director will be your field supervisor and oversee your course work. You will also be connected to a KE Camps contact at our HQ in Skillman, NJ. To receive credit, you must complete the course, practicum or internship per your college's parameters and complete your summer employment.
As a Camp Counselor, you will be an active participant in all camp activities and will assist your Camp Director with a variety of daily tasks, all with the goal of creating a memorable and meaningful camp experience for your campers. Our Counselors interact with our campers throughout the entire day, helping them make friends, try new things, and generally caring for their well-being. The role of a Counselor is to participate, build relationships and have fun while ensuring the physical and emotional safety of every child.

Supervise daily swim time in a hands-on manner from within the water (lifeguard certification not required)
Help out where needed and lead activities when asked to by the Camp Director

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: Project Heal is CHLA's trauma psychology program, working with children and families who have been referred for mental health services as a result of exposure to traumatic events. These events can include medical trauma, child abuse, exposure to family or community violence, or immigration trauma. The Psychotherapist II provides psychotherapeutic services for a caseload of patients with acutely complex needs. Responsible for assessment, treatment planning and provision of psychotherapeutic services to a defined caseload of patients and may also support the facilitation of groups. Employs evidence-based psychological treatment interventions and provides case management services as needed. Services are primarily clinic-based, but some field work is expected, depending on the needs of the program or individual clients. Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Minimum 2+ years clinical experience with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or their families/caregivers. Training and experience in treating youth and families who have experienced traumatic events. Training in trauma informed evidence-based practices (TF-CBT) highly preferred. Art / Music / Movement therapy background preferred. Experience leading group therapy with parents and children. Experience working with youth in foster care and training and experience conducting intake assessments and evaluation of youth with trauma exposure. Bilingual or bicultural staff are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience working in health care settings and with children, adolescents, and families preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance required for positions requiring field-based services.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology with previous experience in a child, adolescent, or family mental health setting. BLS from the American Heart Association certification required. Licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or LicensedProfessional Clinical Counselor. Prefer Bilingual (Russian/ Armenian/ Farsi / Spanish) highly desirable.
