The most common degree for licensed realtors is bachelor's degree with 61% graduates, with only 20% licensed realtor graduates earning associate degree. Licensed realtors who decided to graduate from college often finish University of Phoenix or University of Maryland - College Park. Some good skills to have in this position include residential real estate, purchase agreements and lead generation.
