Job Title: Licensed Real Estate Buyer Partner to Top 1% Austin Agent

Who we are:
Nationally, the Ben Kinney Team is the #1 Keller Williams Realty real estate team in the world. Locally, we are responsible for $215,000,000 in sales volume and $6,200,000 in revenue in the last year.

What the position is:
Buyer Partner for one of our Top Realtors.

Compensation:
Base salary + bonuses, exceptional health insurance. On target earnings range $80,000-$110,000.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently follows-up with and manages buyer campaigns for nurture, watch, and archive category pipeline in Lead Agent’s client database daily, in order to move prospects closer to purchasing a home - utilizes the Ben Kinney Team Brivity Guide
  • Performs administrative tasks and research-based duties, including purchase and sale agreement/offer prep for clients on behalf of Lead Agent
  • Attends or conducts buyer consultation with client prior to showing homes, obtains buyer agency agreements
  • Professionally performs showings and errands for clients as needed, including some evenings and weekends
  • Attends other buyer-related appointments including, but not limited to: inspections and provides inspection results to Lead Agent with issues highlighted, final walkthroughs to ensure condition of home, delivers or pick-ups paperwork, keys, or other items
  • Acts in partnership and on behalf of Lead Agent with client communication
  • Manages and executes client relations/database marketing projects
  • Positively represents and actively promotes Lead Agent at open houses
  • Positively represents and actively promotes Ben Kinney Team to personal sphere
  • Attends daily scripts on time at 8:30 AM, Monday - Thursday, to master scripts and dialogues
  • Completes daily activity report to create efficiencies in time management - utilizes the Ben Kinney Team tracking tools
  • Conducts 411 business meeting weekly with Lead Agent
  • Continually assists Lead Agent in developing ideas for improved customer service
  • Is open to growth in role and flexibility of responsibilities as business grows

Metrics
  • Responsible for adding new prospects to the database throughout the week
  • Responsible for 50+ contacts per week in the CRM, generally resulting in 2+ new appts set per week
  • Responsible for being in front of computer during scheduled work hours for admin/research duties
  • Responsible for returning all calls/emails/texts in a timely manner
  • Responsible for consistent communication, documentation, and follow-up with all prospects/leads
  • Most of all, responsible for helping Lead Agent deliver excellent service to clients and helping grow the business


Schedule
  • Full-time
  • In the office Monday-Friday, generally mornings - virtual position possible after mastering the role
  • Evenings and weekends are common
