The CP shall prepare all documentation to meet or exceed established standards to include but not limited to timeliness, legibility, accuracy, content and signature. Crisis intervention (contact hospital for transport or call MP's. Referral to VHA as appropriate. Complete each encounter at the end of the day and appropriately close the record no later than 24 hours. Shall see the patient per hour average of the other collective CPs, unless affected by circumstances beyond their control, which shall be reported to the Section OIC/NCOIC or designee. Shall comply with all MTF productivity standards and maintain a level of productivity comparable with that of other individuals performing similar services. Shall abide by all clinical standards, rules, and procedures including requirements for licensure, credentialing, and quality assurance programs. Shall comply with all health requirements, immunizations, and vaccinations. Shall complete all DoD, DHA, and MTF-specified training requirements. Shall personally record hours worked in the Defense Medical Human Resources System - internet (DMHRSi) system, or other system, as required by the MTF. Qualifications Education: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) - Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Experience : Clinical social work, either through a master's-level practicum or two (2) years post-MSW experience, in the last 3 (three) years, in a clinical/treatment setting as a full-time LCSW.
