The Social Worker is responsible for the youth's admission, treatment, and transition process while at the STRTP. They provide evaluations, counseling, and education services to the youth and family. They also coordinate, lead interact with the youth's (CFTM) Child and Family Team Meetings and the (IPC) Interagency Placement Committee.
