We are looking to hire a full time Bilingual Worker in our Intensive Family Preservation (IFP) Program. IFP is all about k eeping families together. Provides support, linkage and advocacy work with schools, court and other social service agencies as needed. Assists family members with basic needs including making connections to traditional and non-traditional community supports and services. Assists family member's linkage to and engagement in therapeutic interventions as identified in the Service Plan. Completes all DCF and IFP required paperwork within given time limits. Keeps thorough and up‑to‑date client records. Coordinates and collaborates with Department of Children and Families' staff and other community collaterals including other in-home services. On-call duties with other therapists on a rotating basis. Education/Experience/Other Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish.
