This position offers a balanced workload, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to provide high-quality, integrated behavioral health services within a collaborative clinical environment.Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient behavioral health services in a Rural Health Clinic setting. Collaborate closely with primary care providers as part of an integrated behavioral health model. Maintain manageable caseloads, averaging 8-10 patients per day. Participate in a light, phone-only call rotation (1:8). Deliver compassionate care using Epic EMR for documentation and communication. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required. Current LCSW license (or eligibility for Oregon licensure). Previous experience in integrated or rural behavioral health settings preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Schedule Four 10-hour days per week (no weekends). Full-time, permanent position based in La Grande, Oregon 97850.
