The Crisis Recovery Center
The Crisis Recovery Center (CRC) is the critical next step in DuPage County Health Department's decades-long journey to build the infrastructure needed to support a best-in-class behavioral health system and ensures all DuPage County residents will have "someone to contact, someone to respond, and a safe place to get help" when experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. The CRC will help residents de-escalate, stabilize, and connect to community resources catered to their individual mental health and substance use treatment needs. The building design and operations will ensure individuals and their families feel welcome, respected, and secure throughout every step of their care. The CRC serves as an alternative to hospital emergency departments and simplifies access to crisis care for all individuals, families, and first responders. Job Details
This full-time position is scheduled to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. This position requires flexibility in hours to accommodate varying staff schedules. The role includes on-call responsibilities that rotate weekly among the team of Crisis Supervisors.

Responsibilities
As a Crisis Services Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise the work of on call crisis staff, including crisis services counselors, engagement specialists, and crisis services techs.
- Manage the student internship process for crisis services
-Coordinate training for new hires; develop training schedules
- Provide training and coaching to staff working in crisis services
- Provide support and consultation to staff regarding unique or complex client situations
- Collaborate with other professionals to support integrated care for clients served through crisis programs
- Serve as consultant to service providers in the community and ensure community knowledge and access to crisis services
- Monitor and analyze program outcomes and implement quality control processes
- Participate in emergency response activities as assigned
- Review charts and documentation for accuracy and compliance

Position Summary

Compensation
At Tailwinds, we believe every full-time licensed clinician deserves to earn at least six figures (plus benefits) on an annual basis within two years or less. Compensation is based on license type, licensure status, and tenure with the practice, and is calculated per billable clinical hour (i.e., hours billed to the client or insurance). Full-time clinicians are expected to maintain an average caseload of 25 clients per week and are eligible for benefits.

• They will be working with the Medicaid population (birth-65 years old).
• Conduct screening and risk assessment interventions per program guidelines. Assist with nonmedical aspects of the member's care, including referrals to community resources.
• Identify special needs members through the completion of health screens and other resources
• Work with community outreach/member advocates to coordinate member care
• Educate providers and community resources on program components and available support services
• Educate members with special needs to foster compliance with program and positively impact outcomes
• Conduct site visits as appropriate for programs and provide support to other special programs
• Develop and modify care plans in conjunction with member, member's family and managing physician
• Development of plan specific literature and education materials in conjunction with medical director and corporate oversight
Hours for this Position:
• 8:00AM-4:30PM
• Required to work 8:30 to 5:00 one day a week
• Pay rate: $25-$26 per hour

The Crisis Recovery Center
The Crisis Recovery Center (CRC) is the critical next step in DuPage County Health Department's decades-long journey to build the infrastructure needed to support a best-in-class behavioral health system and ensures all DuPage County residents will have "someone to contact, someone to respond, and a safe place to get help" when experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis. The CRC will help residents de-escalate, stabilize, and connect to community resources catered to their individual mental health and substance use treatment needs. Job Details
This full-time position is scheduled to work Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. This position requires flexibility in hours to accommodate varying staff schedules. The role includes on-call responsibilities that rotate weekly among the team of Crisis Supervisors.
Education Requirements and Salary Ranges

Responsibilities
As a Crisis Services Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise the work of on call crisis staff, including crisis services counselors, engagement specialists, and crisis services techs.
- Manage the student internship process for crisis services
-Coordinate training for new hires; develop training schedules
- Provide training and coaching to staff working in crisis services
- Provide support and consultation to staff regarding unique or complex client situations
- Collaborate with other professionals to support integrated care for clients served through crisis programs
- Serve as consultant to service providers in the community and ensure community knowledge and access to crisis services
- Monitor and analyze program outcomes and implement quality control processes
- Participate in emergency response activities as assigned
- Review charts and documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Work with a team of supervisors and assists in any necessary coverage to other Crisis services activities
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or a Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- 5+ years of experience working with chronically mentally ill populations
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Equivalent combination of training and experience
