The position is currently part-time based on performance and willingness to lead and train others. Attention to detail is extremely important as we provide very high-quality cleaning services for both residential and commercial clients. The employee will be scheduled appointments where they are expected to be there at a certain time and efficiently complete the job accurately within a certain pre-determined time. Often, on larger jobs, the employee is part of a team, and the total appointment time is calculated based on having every member of the team there. We are looking for someone with very good people skills, friendly yet professional level communication skills, trustworthy in every way, with schedule flexibility. We will also work with your schedule as needed. The individual must be willing to follow instructions, take professional advice, and truly be committed to providing very high-quality and detailed services. Communication and customer service is very important. They must be able to pass the initial background check and drug screening and be willing to submit to random drug testing if asked. We are in the private homes of individuals as well as properties for local businesses and trust is imperative. TRANSPORTATION: In ALL cases, the employee will need their transportation. There will be times when the group lead can arrange a carpool with the other members assigned to the same job. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: A high school diploma is preferred but not necessary. No college is necessary. However, the applicant must have the ability to learn new skills, become efficient, and take learning very seriously. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Requires MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS RESIDENTIAL CLEANING experience. Leadership experience is a definite plus, experience cleaning your own home over the years qualifies as a level of experience. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a very physically active job where lifting, bending, stooping, visual acuity, mental organization and coordination, balance, and moving are all very necessary to be efficient. If you have concerns that any of these physical or mental activities would be detrimental to your health, please consider a different job that may be more suitable. It is frequent that lifting 20 lb chairs, and even some items that are heavier may be necessary. STARTING WAGE: Starting wages will be based on the results of a testing phase where the level of cleaning accuracy, personal conduct, and independence potential will be monitored.
